Hi! I just brought home a Russian tortoise, she's about 8 I'm assuming. I've never had a reptile, just guinea pigs, every small animal you can think of, fish, and aquatic frogs. I work with animals daily through my job, including tortoises and various other birds and reptiles. we have had Callista, my tortie, at my store for a few months now and I fell in love with her. I have a large 50 gallon rubbermaid as her habitat with cypress mulch in there and obviously UV and basking lights. I currently have 4 guinea pigs and a cat (male, 8 years old, neutered). I just want to know everything I can to give her the best life possible! She gets baths 3 times a week for 30 minutes, veggies and hay every day, and I am open to any suggestions!!
