I made a 4ft x 4ft night box with that plywood and used 1.5in x 1.5in x 8 ft for frames. It came out kinda heavy (needed 2 adults to carry it during construction (so only 3 of 4 sides were made then and it felt close to 70 pounds already as it was insulated with 1.5 in foam boards from home...
