I’ve had this turtle for two years and I got him when he was a hatchling (reeves turtle). Since then he’s grown but he’s still quite small. I was just wondering if his size is normal. He’s very healthy but I don’t know if he is too small for his age.

Could it be bad water quality? I just ran some tests, and it looks fine right?

Also, can you guys tell me the gender of my other turtle? Or is he too small to tell?

Could I use betadine, also what are the causes of the infection?

So about a month ago I noticed these lighter brown spots, on my turtles shell. And I don’t know what it is. I don’t think it’s shell rot because the area isn’t infected, and my turtle has been acting completely normal. Do you guys know if this is a problem?
