Hello I recently noticed this small drooping piece of bottom cheek/neck, please see foto. Is this a sign of him being over fed and he has gained weight on his face?? Or does it indicate he is sick like a cold or could it be any other illness? I do plan on calling to make him a vet appointment...

Helllo, I heard Tortellini making clicking noises while he was sleeping at night. I stayed for a minute and they were constant every few seconds. I am not sure if it is normal sleeping sound like a snore? It seems in other threads tortoises make the noise while eating but I haven’t heard him...

Yes he has had it before and did not have any issues that I noted. I found it strange that he made noises, did not want to continue eating it, and that he walked a little funny afterwards like uncomfortable :/

Yes sadly I think that is what happened and he relaxed a little and that’s when I was able to get him out. The vet said all looked good with him and it’s been a few days now and everything has been normal Tortellini behavior, eating lots and good poops.
