Awe man really do they not like each other ?

I don’t know anything about him. I got him today from a family that never took care of him. I have a Russian tortoise so he’s knew to me

I just got him today I just know his diet wasn’t good just lettuce. He actually just peed and it was a little bit of green in there

I just got this big guy from a home that he wasn’t being taken care of and he doesn’t look to good to me ☹️ Does anyone know what kind of tortoise this is and does he have something wrong with his eye Any help Is appreciated. Thank You
