Thank you for responding. Here are some pictures of the tank she lives in. We have a little tupperware container of water and a uv lamp. She also has a log to hide under. Do you have any suggestions on how we could treat her infection and how we can keep her warm?

I've had my tortoise for a few years and I've never had any problems before. A few months back, she got a ear infection, which we treated ourselves. She did wonderfully for a bit. Recently she's been looking sickly, has no appetite, and one of her eyes is swollen shut.
