I don't think so. He seems like he feels fine.

It had to develop in the past day or two. It's not soft. It feels a little mobile but with the skin on his neck it's hard to tell.

I spoke to a reptile vet today and they said $500 just to see him. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to do that. I was planning on selling him. I wouldn't do that now.
