I just had a bad experience with them also, they advertise animals they don't have, charge your card then just keep putting you off, never received anything, then they want 20 percent cancellation fees Foran order they can't fill. Idiots.
Same problem here and they have multiple sites, CB Reptile and Reptiles.com are all one company. I never received anything at all but they charged my card twice then wanted to charge me 20 percent to cancel the order they couldn't fill.
