Do you have a lot of sand in your soil there? Looks like a good spot to build a tortoise sandcastle!

I was going to say how wonderfully green your grass is - then I saw the rain picture, which maybe explains it -do you get enough rain, or do you have to water the grass a lot ? And how do the tortoises feel about it - I would have thought they might like to stand outside in a shower ?
~ We do not currently irrigate our pastures, however it does get very dry during off season.
Do you still sell hatchlings, would love to buy two!
