What do you do with the Sulcate in the winter?

I have a reptile room, they come indoors.

I'm lucky I live in AZ cause all of my tortoises stay outside year around

Im in VA, we get pretty cold in winter sometimes, I'm trying to come up with an outdoor enclosure (like a shed) I can winterize for their next up coming years.
