Hi I'm new at taking care of tortoises I never bought them but I've ended up with 2 due to people buying them and not being able to take care of them
The 1 tortoise has got like white Milk spot on top of front legs I don't have a lot of Money for vet fee's but I'm worried as I know that they can get problems with there skin
