Our Pete's appetite and energy varies. There are days he eats a ton, then dons his pith helmet and goes exploring all over, and others, when he (literally) yawns at food and goes back to sleep for hours. I'm not sure you need to worry, but Tom is wise to these things. He may have a better answer.
