Which is a better substrate for a baby sulcata? Forest floor bedding (100% natural cypress mulch) or Repti Bark?

I live in the Philippines, and weather here is usually around 80 degrees and 87% humidity. But since it's now rainy season, I'd have to bring him inside. That's why I asked my father to make a movable enclosure for Groot.. Your comments and suggestions are very much needed [emoji4]

Still closed.. I soaked him twice today for 30mins and I also gave him grass. I just have to help him eat bc of his undeveloped jaw. Am I doing it right to feed him small meals every 2 hours?

The vet did not say anything about the eyes.. He just said that there's a big percentage that he will not survive [emoji17] I am planning to go to another vet..
