What is the best UVA-B light to use that is not a tube light. I currently use exo terra solar glo. And I keeps burning out. I want something that is longer lasting.

I feed my Russian tort a variety of greens. I mix them with zucchini or squash. What other vegetables can I use? I don't want him to get board with the same two vegetables.

I tried that also. I haven't been able to get him to eat anything at all. All he wants to do is burrow into his substrate.

I keep the lights on for 13 1/2 hours a day. I have been trying to feed him kale, and greens. Plus the dry stuff the pet store was giving him. I have a CHE and a zoo med powersun UVB light.
