    A pair of sulcata rescues

Oh my goodness how terrible! I don't understand people! I did a ton of research before I got my sulcata and I'm still researching info almost daily! I'm sure they'll be much happier with someone who cares about their well being!

Bowzer and I appreciate everyones help

Yes that's what I thought too. I got him about a week ago and that's the age the lady told me he was. He was kept in sand eating fruits and veggies and had just a heat lamp. I've completely changed what he's used to and is now really seeming better than what he was when I first got him.

Feeding problems with new baby sulcata

Gave him a long soak last night. Its 77 degrees outside so i moved his enclosure outside half in the sun half out and changed his substrate to a 50/50 mix of coco coir and organic potting soil. He's cruising all over and seems to be loving it:)

Feeding problems with new baby sulcata

I went picked up a year and a half old baby sulcata...turns out the lady who had him was keeping him in sand and feeding him nothing but fruits and veggies. I've offered him kale and tiny cut ups of squash and he refuses to eat it... looks like I'll have to ween him away from the snacks or do...
