Made Stotle a new enclosure! Im so much happier with this over that 20 gal tank he was in filled with sand! ;A; Aspen substrate cool and warm spot for his enclosure hidey place so much more room to exercise!:D What do you guys think? ^u^

My Greek did this too the other day! he wasnt so much digging but burying his tail in his sand, i'd never seen this before. i'm not sure what theyre doing, but you're not alone! xD

Thats a WC "golden greek" and could be from over a dozen of different locales. Can you post a pic of his/her plastron so we can identify what sex your tort is? Its also impossible to tell how old he is but in order for us to have a good guess we'd have to know how big he/she is so in your...
