New Outdoor Enclosure for my Russian!

Where his house is located the roof to our house overhangs above it to keep rain off it. During rain seasons, I'll be putting a tarp over his enclosure and we don't get too much rain here anyways so on rainy days I can bring him in :) [hr] I'll be putting the tarp over it and he has a few...

New Outdoor Enclosure for my Russian!

Yes plants are defiantly needed! I've been researching a lot of kinds I can put in there for him and the substrate is about 3 inches deep, I'm adding more in the middle to add more of a hill in the middle to keep him entertained and encourage some burrowing. He was being kept in a small area, so...

    CDT Diet

Thank you! i just want to make sure theyre getting the best care they can! They don't like hay pellets ground up or wet so i doubt they'll eat grass or anything also. they devour dandelions faster than i can pick them, they're defiantly their favorites.

They're not very interested in the ground hay pellets I put in their dish neither dry or wet they won't touch their food if I put some on there. This is them! Sorry I don't have too many pictures of them right now that shows their faces well.

    CDT Diet

Hi, I just found out through a forum on here that my sulcatas are actually CDTs. I was curious what their diet is like and if there is some special foods I should use instead of what I'm using, a mix of collard greens and dandelions with the occasional rose petals when they are outside.

    Hello from Southern California!

I'm Amber. I own three tortoises! I live in Southern California. My two sulcata tortoises are smaller and are named Kuza and Toka. They were found in my uncles backyard and we are guessing a bird picked them up from their original home and dropped them on his steel building where they fell off...
