My guy has been doing a strange thing with his jaw when I feed him lately. It shakes, like he's shivering almost. We've had issues similar to this before and our vet had to clean out his lower jaw around his 'tooth' where grasses had built up. It looks clear now, but he's doing the shaking thing...
