Just a quick question. We ran across a story where a couple made s pumpkin shaped as a turtle and their little ones are the pumpkin. I know sulcatas can have pumpkin purée, but can they eat a real pumpkin if we remove the seeds? Thank you all. Ps picture attached! They will be 1 year in 2 weeks!

As much as I can. Luckily my boyfriend gets home at 3 and can spray them and let them out. Then I let them out again when I get off after 5.

I don't know too much about snakes but I do know there are water moccasins here and then of course alligators. But hopefully they will stay away since I'm in a neighborhood and all BUT I still saw a huge snake the other day that scared the hell out of me.

You guys are just scaring me now. Guess they are getting their own super tortoise fort to keep everything out but the sun.

Right now they are about 5 inches, size of my hand. I just know there are crazy snakes out there and then of course I think of alligators. I've never seen one since I've been in Louisiana but I mean this is basically swamp country soooo.

Hi All! So my babies are almost 10 month now. All if a sudden they love grass. They won't quit eating it when they are outside now. A month ago they could care less about it. Part of growing up?

From what I've read they stay away from it but mine like it. I just moved into a new house and I have a whole other group of plants, weeds, and grasses here. Thank you! Here's a pic of it btw.

I wanted to post on this thread to see if these were ok to eat. Also what are they called? It's the green leaves that grow with grass. Looks like 2 big leaves n 2 more smaller with no flower. Thank you!
