This is a problem she has always had, however now its gotten to the point where im worried she will start to have a hard time picking her food up to eat it, as you can see from the pics her lower jaw is quite overgrown, she has a cuttlefish bone that she does take little bones from...
so i got a half log hide for my Russian tortoise and it is growing small bits of orange mold, so ofcorse i got rid of it, this half log hide cost me £15 so not to cheap but not to expensive but know one wants to throw away £15 do they?
how can i prevent this mold growing?

i got some top soil for my tortoise and 5 days after she gets mites, so i am going with coco core/eco earth from now on but how can i make sure there are no mites/bugs in there? pleases help
In need of a new substrate for my little baby Russian, alot of people have said eco earth and alot have said coco coir so it all comes down to this!
What is better for baby Russian tortoises that live inside? coco coir or eco earth?

so at the moment i feed my Russian tortoise kale, water cress, dandelions with calcium powder every added every second day, but whats the BEST food for them? Nutritious, hydration, and YUMMMYYYY for the little tort.

so tomorrow i have a day of school (im 13 years old and live in England) and i thought instead of sitting around i would do something to benefit my little baby Russian, and her substrate is only topsoil (not the best substrate) so, what do you guys use for your Russians or you know is good for...
so i have a little Russian and i want her to feel secure in her home, so i have ordered a spider plant but also want some hardy grass that can survive in the hot environment. the grass and spider plant will be waterd everyday so wont dry up, thanks for your suggestions on good grasses!
