    I know they won't turn on if the later level on the inside is too low. Sometimes you have to pour some water in it first.

    Dandilions

    I would say yes. Most weed killer lasts only a few weeks with some systemics lasting months. I would say they are completely safe after a year.

    Spring in the turtle pen.

    Spring is in full effect in SC and the box turtles are moving around the pen. They can be hard to find, it's a pretty big pen. Plus all the clover is blooming, an all you can eat tortoise buffet.

    I have only used RO water in it and if it starts to get build up on it I put vinegar or citric acid in it and its good as new.

    When these first came out I bought the demo unit they had at the Daytona expo. I bet mine has thousands of hours on it and it still going strong and quiet.

    I live in SC and have kept all kinds of reptiles my whole life. I finally have time and room to dedicate to tortoises. So it's time to find some other tortoise people.
