    Unfortunately Dottie passed away a few hours after I started this thread. I was up all night with her and had a vet to call first thing in the morning. I went to check on her early and she had passed. :( So devastated that whatever was wrong happened so fast. Thank you all for your advice...

    I will keep you all posted. Just gave her another soak and she is very lethargic, not moving much at all. The swelling in her legs seems to have gone down however. Found a vet nearby that supposedly does reptiles so going to call them first thing in the morning.

    Yvonne, she is in an enclosed enclosure with coco coir substrate, some sphagnum moss, a humid hide, reptifogger on a timer for humidity, UVB/heat bulb for day time, night heat for night time, also on timers. Diet is fresh grasses and weeds I have potted indoors in organic soil, Mazuri tortoise...

    Yes, all my torts have UVB light, heat lamps, fogger for humidity and vitamin and calcium given weekly. She seemed fine until a cpl days ago.
