    Cedar is pretty much weather proof so it's good wood to use if your keeping your torts outside.

    I ordered it through home Depot was only $60 the piece slide right together, super easy. Then I just cut a piece of plywood and screwed it to the bottom. If your using it outdoors you won't need the plywood obviously. This one is 4x8ft they have bigger ones.

    I've never had an issue with ticks, I have 2 dogs so I treat the borders of my yard with tick and flea spray I also have deer deterrence to keep them out to protect my garden. Obviously not everyone takes these types of precautions. I do it mainly for the dogs I never knew ticks wer a problem...
