    Thank you for the reassurance. He came in as a rescue and the previous owner said he was 11 years old. [hr] will they use their back feet to dig if the ground is very hard dirt and rocks in the dirt?

    I have a sulcata that we were told was a male but now he/she is digging in one area and we dont know if its nesting. The other male we have was mounting here and being vocal. I was told that it was dominance but now I am having my doubts about it. Please any help is appreciated.

    Thats what we started to do and then we read some information that the sealants u would use to seal it all can be toxic to the torts.

    What is the best substrate to use with sulcatas for the indoor pen? They will be in the barn for the winter, rainy, and cold days.

    :tort: We are building a 16 x 20 barn for our 4 sulcatas and 1 russian and we want to seal the osb flooring. I have read that waterproof polyurathane is the only safe way to do that. Does anybody have any advice on what is safe and will work?
