agrobs testudo

I bought this 500g can of Testudo Herbs pellets by Agrobs a few months ago. There is still about 200g left, and the best before date on the packaging is 4.1.2025. What does this exactly mean with tortoise pellets? I assume that it is not expired, but does it mean that some of the vitamins are lost?
