I got this plant light stand for christmas that is meant to keep store bought herbs alive longer. I wonder, is it safe to place on a self that is on top of my tortoise enclosure? The lamp would be 86 cm (about 34 inches) from the substrate. The LED light has two settings, magneta spectrum...
