Hi, I have a diamondback terrapin that died because of an illness that I am unable to identify. He was suddenly floating on the pond lifeless with all of his skin covered with things like (maybe) fungi. Several days ago his skin seemed normal, but he was basking more often than usual, about 90%...

Something is wrong with his shell. I suppose it is because he eats too much. What should I do? Have anyone had such kind of problem?
