1 year old sulcata to good home (central Texas)

I believe the tortoise is male but I cannot be sure. I have been traveling a lot lately and am about to go off to college and I can no longer give him the attention he needs. I feel it would be better for him to be somewhere he can get the care he deserves. You can email me for details. I will not ship him anywhere but I am not unwilling to drive somewhat long distances.
