Any advice for hermans

Hi I'm new to this forum and have had my 5 baby's for almost 3 years. I got all 5 from a breeder near me and have only just come across this forum.

My oldest is almost 3 and youngest almost 2. One male.4 female.

Does anyone have any advice they could give me? I knew all the basic stuff but since reading on here there's so much I didn't know. Anything else I can feed them on to change their diet up a bit? Anything better than calcium powder and we're to buy? Advice on breeding? Humidity and how to tell?
