White (and red for that matter) clover are a fantastic food for torts. They love the whole plant including the flowers
For the second set:
The second photo of your second set is deadnettle which can be fed... it has the purplish leaves at the top. Henbit, which cannot be fed, looks very similar but is all green.
The last photo is plantain another excellent tort food.
Which leaves the first one and I can't see that one clearly enough to identify it. Three out four good to eat is going well though![]()
