I want to know what I should put in a enclosure for a russian tort and how big.

You need to be a little more specific. Do you mean what substrate and how much? What kind of a soaking pool, hides, plants, lights? Others may understand what you mean, but I don't, so how about you be a little more specific...I know we'll be glad to help you after I/we know what kind of help you need...:)

Im talking about the substrate and plants and how big the enclosure should be. The rest i already know.

Such as;
sand and coconut fiber (choir)
3ft X 8fts a nice size outdoor enclosures are prefered.
Lots of different plants to choose from like spider plants, agave, hollyhock, Chicory, butterfly bush, dandelion, clover, etc.

I bought my seeds from turtlestuff.com and carolinapetsupply.com. I purchased the Mediterranean Tortoise Mixture of seeds. Here's a picture of what it looks like:
