How long do I keep the humidity at 80 percent in my sulcata tortoise habitat? does the amount of humidity change with age? thanks!

Your sulcata will rapidly outgrow any enclosure where it's practical to cover it and raise humidty. It's kind of self managing with this species in my opinion

Once Speedy moved outside , I do what I can in his night box , basically a shelf with containers of water that get heated and evaporate into the interior of the box. I still try to soak him as often as possible , while I can still lift him . I just do what I can !

For leopards and sulcatas its around two years. However, that can depend on how big your silly gets and how soon he can move outside.
