Ideas for a outdoor pen for a indoor RT

I can't think of any good ideas for a good outdoor pen so my tort can get some sun but I can't think of anything

Plastic molded kiddie pools work great. That's what I use.

You need fewer supplies if you use an existing corner, such as the house on one side and an existing fence on another side. Then you only have to worry about two sides. It's quite easy, and not too costly to buy cinder blocks and make walls out of the blocks. For a Russian you'll only need to go two-blocks high, but you'll need to put some sort of overhanging cap on the tops to keep them from being able to climb out.
