I'm Now A New Owner Of An Eastern Painted Turtle I Would Like To Know Which Would Be Better A Fish Tank Or Terrarium?

Hi and welcome. The turtle needs to live in fresh water. It cannot eat and swallow its food unless it is under water. It needs a large tank, at least 8 inches water level, and a platform for basking out of water, or a rock it can climb up on to bask. The water temperature should be correct for that species of turtle. Others here will have more details for you! Welcome to the forum.
