Outside temps

I want to bring my Russian tort outside today to let him play in the sun. What should the temperature be for me to be able to safely bring him outside? It's 72° right now. I would have him in the sunlight, not the shade.

Anything above 60 degrees is good

Agreed, 60 and above. However, still make sure he can get out of the sun and into some shade. The sun beating on him, it will be hotter then you think. This is where a temp gun comes in real handy.
