Hi,

I would like to set up two separate outdoor enclosures in the in my back yard. I was wondering what is a safe distance to keep different species of CB tortoises a part. I have two Hermanns and two baby greeks.

At night and during bad weather, the two species at keep in separate room in the basement. Is there any issues with this practice?

Thank you in advance for your input.

Ton Ton I have heard that as long as they can't touch noses. Like a few inches or a solid area between them is fine.
I have my DT and my greeks outside with about 2 feet between their enclosures.

I like the idea of a shallow drainage area between enclosures.
