Spring Mix Costco...

Its now called half and Half. Half Spinich half Spring mix... Not happy.. However they now have a large bag of baby Kale mix, larger then the tub, for about the same price! 1 .5 pounds. about $3.99

Yes, I noted that right now they are selling the half and half here also. I think it might be a seasonal thing based on the availability of certain greens. The farm maybe has more spinach right now. But I'm hoping they will return to the Spring Mix soon. I pick out the non-spinach and feed it to the torts and save the spinach for my salad.

Ours don't seem to care for kale much at all.

My Costco too. I bought the baby kale mix, love it. Know huge stems.

Lots of keepers don't worry about spinach and do not have problems, and many very good reptile experts, vets, etc. say that spinach is fine as a part of a balanced, varied diet.

I didn't mind feeding the spring mix with spinach, however I noticed a few weeks ago that there was an awful lot of spinach, so I quit buying it. I now use as a base Santa Barbara Mix, and to that I add stuff from outside.
