lettuce types (lollo rossa, tango, red and green oak, red and green romaine, red leaf, and parella.)
Baby greens (tatsoi, mizuna, red and green mustard, frisee, and radicchio.)

I use it all. If I notice that there is a lot of spinach I'll remove that, otherwise I use the whole bag.

The "Redi-Pak" mixture called Santa Barbara Mix is also a good one.

Mine goes for the red leaf lettuce first.

I remove most of the spinach.
