1.2.3 would be 1 male, 2 females, 3 unknown sex.

And I have to correct this poster, there are no dumb questions

By the way sometimes people say they have 1.3 russian torts...it just means they have 1 male and 3 female and they just drop the unknown number because it is irrelevant.
