The hottest temp this year ( in Abu Dhabi) was 48.4 C (118.94 F)! This makes it unacceptable to put my Greek tortoise outside, right ? Is there any solution to fix this problem (other than a indoor enclosure) ? A partial indoor enclosure? (Any tips from those who live in hot countries)
Thanks in advance!

Way to hot yes. Besides shade, water, an maybe sprinklers to cool off. Nothing much else.

It is way too hot and I believe it also very dry right?? What is the humidity for this time of the year?

If you leave your Greek Tortoise outside more than 5 mins. you need to have continues water sprinkler going at all time. Water drop will dry up very quick.

Humidity is 53%, it almost never rains here in the summer (by the way the humidity reaches 68% I. The evening).
