Anybody know what these are and if they're tortoise safe?

The first one looks like wild garlic and the second... Maybe Speedwell?... I'd need little sharper image of the foliage. The flowers look like it
and here's what I found on speedwell. 
and if your tiny white flower looks like this, here is some info. Also found great article about weeds on papershell.com.
