Don't know if you got any suggestions yet. The water dish is a flipping hazard. A terracotta dish pushed into the substrate is best. Also the sawdust has to go. Your little buddy can get impacted from the sawdust. I really like Reptibark for the substrate. I just saw this post, sorry if you have already got suggestions.
Definitely put in a smaller dish. I bet you havnt seen her/him have a drink yet. Honestly it was the best thing i done. Its gives you more room and when its bigger you can still get used to it. I just got one ofvthe large plastic leaf dishes and eithin a day it was drinking out it it. Also try bark as the substrate. My horsefield loved digginh in it. Id mske a corner with a hill and she would dig into it for hours. Stunning tortoise by the way. Look really happy aswell. So your doing something right. Good luck
