My Burmese star baby has something on his lower rear jaw. I'm guessing an infection. The closest exotic vet has been booked today but it's 4 weeks out! They said on the phone if it looks like they're sick and getting worse then get to an emergency exotic vet. I found that is about 1.5 hour away...

OK, I'll do that and post the link. Yes that's what I have except that there's also some top soil. Now that I think of it there was more coco coir than top soil and I like orchid bark on top.
