Is this a safe mix of greens for my redfoot? I found this at my grocery store and was wondering if i could add it to the rotation of her greens.
Iv read that spinach is unsafe for them to eat but recently i read something saying its not too bad for them.
I want to build an enclosure for my adult redfoot, she is about a 12 inches from head to tail and approximately 9/10 years old.
What would the best/safest wood to use for my build? Also safest sealent for the wood to keep it from rotting?

Haha sorry! I totally spaced on that. She is a red foot and she is about 12 inches from nose to tail. I havnt got pictures as I havnt brought her home yet but next time I go visit her ill take some to post.
