Thanks for your feedback, I will look into how much uvb she is getting, her substrate should be fine- sterilised top soil and play sand mix. I change her cage layout sometimes which occupies her but this only lasts a short while. She has a reasonable sized cage and run so I don't really know...

Yep! Some tortoises tend to stick their whole head when they drink. Not too sure why though...

There is only one patch of sand under the lamp and she doesn't eat on it. I make sure she has a clean piece of slate to eat off. I have used for almost a year without any problems. Thankyou

Thankyou. I cleaned out her cage today and I have put clean substrate in and cleaned everything in it. I think they're gone now.
