I would just let her be while you search for the proper equipment. She will acclimate faster the more you leave her alone. Chances are she just wants to hide right now after the transport and doesn’t feel like eating.

They tricked you in to buying more stuff than you need… if you have a UV lamp, you don’t need vitamin D3 as UV is the natural source of the vitamin. And the “terrarium hood” is meant for UV lights, you only need one UV light so I’m not sure why they said you need a lamp and a hood.
