hi sorry to sound even dumber, but are you referring to my torts Genghis and Eunice? being Nabeul tortoises (Testudo graeca nabeulensis), is this what they are I looked at Hermannihaven an amazing site, I read all Herman info and the pictures are great, but couldn't match any to mine really not...

At what age can torts mate its weird, as I keep finding Genghis now is mounting Eunice, I haven't seen them at all biting each other he just does it after baths/soaks mainly. they cant be more than a year and half. Going by the rate of growth maybe they were six months old when we got them...

oh wow there is so many I've enjoyed reading up on them all there is so may different ones I've tried to compare plastrons to tell which one is Genghis and Eunice but am very confused:confused: I thought maybe mine are Asia torts, they are the largest ones can you tell which one exactly are mine...

I couldn't really get their spurs in the pictures, what I assume are spurs are like little warts on the backs of their little legs, sorry the only way I can explain them, they defanatly haven't got a spur on there tails, the one with a fatter tail is Genghis Khan he defo is a boy as I see what...

hi thank you so much for your advice, I will get more pictures to show you underside. Their exact ages I'm not sure of I've had them since they were tiny around the size of a matchbox, now they fit over the size of my palm they have grown fast in about a year I didn't realise torts grow so fast...

can you tell me please what species my tortoises are they were tiny when I got given them small as a match box a year on as big as my hand, Excuse me I'm new and computer illiterate gosh.

They seem to be gold and black, they have spurs on the back of their legs, after watching Kamp Kenan and Chris Leone, I have concluded they cant be golden Greeks, (as apparently there is no such species as golden Greeks) :confused:so I am very confused as to what species they are can anyone...
