sorry no not roaming the floor. There will be an enclosure for the tortoise on an area a bit larger then the size of a twin mattress, and a weather permitting enclosure outside for hot days.
When it out grows the enclosure that we have now we'll put him in the small spare room that is too small for an office but will be great for a tortoise room, or my son has a loft bed with the perfect space underneath it. We are going to wait till spring so he and i can learn more about caring...
