Just some further info. Nitro's eyes are clear and he is alert when I took him outside. He had a tumble down a small hill in our yard on April 23 but had been perfectly fine after that. He just acts like he doesn't want to be bothered.

I have a baby Sulcata tortoise and of course his main diet is clover, grass and lots of greenery. I have noticed when I hold him and he gets close to my face that he has a smell. Its kind of a grassy smell. Does anyone else's tortoise have a distinct smell? Thanks!
