    We all have had experience with pyramiding...this is Knobby...I have had him for 3 years...since I've had him all his new growth is smooth...but the pyramiding will always be there...it will look smaller as the tort gets bigger with the correct care.... Knobby then... Knobby now... .

    In the PacificNorthWest my tortoises eat everyday all day the weeds and blooms and grasses growing. If tortoises can't get food the will eat their own poop or some other things poop...rotten leaves or anything...

    So the door and ramp are done...Knobby is using them like he's had his own door all his life...here is the finished product...the strips are clear and hard to see...they keep out the bugs and cold while holding in the bugs and heat... I had to slip in a couple of pieces of scrap wood as the step...

    In my memory...I see a long row of one room zoo type cages...with house cats in them...and all the sudden around the corner come this gigantic freakin herd of Sulcata.(30-40) I could just shoot myself for not taking pictures...do you think my memory is real @Tom?
